Seven on-site leaders from each section of Cognavi India Private Limited (hereinafter “Cognavi India”), an Indian subsidiary of Forum Engineering Inc. (hereinafter “the Company”), visited Japan. Cognavi India and the Company are working together to deepen the partnership through communication by traveling back and forth between Japan and India. The purpose of this visit to Japan was to allow to Cognavi India's on-site leaders to feel a closer connection with the Company and to deepen the partnership between the two companies by observing the daily operations and initiatives of the Company's sales activities and exchanging opinions on strategy.

While most interactions are usually conducted online, this time they actually visited the Company's sales site and had face-to-face communication with the staffs in charge, which allowed for a more lively and in-depth exchange of opinions. In between, they also had the chance to interact with the Company's employees over lunch and other activities, which was a great opportunity to deepen mutual understanding of each other's cultures as well as discuss work-related matters.
