The Company has rolled out Cognavi, a series of innovative talent mobility platform services that matches job-seeking engineers with employers using AI-based skill matching. Cognavi is a series of original services that instantly match talent with employers using the skill trees and technical trees that describe engineers’ skills and employers’ business affairs using the same tree structure, with emphasis placed on skills, which are core to an engineer’s talent. ^{(*1, *2)}

Cognavi services have focused on mechanical and electrical engineer talent. However, Cognavi Career Change, the service supporting permanent employee recruitment and employment changes, has attracted strong interest from businesses needing talented IT engineers and IT engineers seeking jobs.
