(hereinafter referred as "Company") is pleased to announce that its Indian subsidiary, Cognavi India Private Limited (hereinafter referred as "Cognavi India"), has launched employment support services for students at the Symbiosis Institute of Technology (hereinafter referred as "SIT"), one of India's leading universities. Cognavi India will leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance the job placement process for SIT students while also collaborating with SIT to advance AI research and education.

There are approximately 40,000 students at SIT, a top engineering university based in Pune in western India. In addition to its multiple campuses across India, the university also has locations abroad, including in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Through this partnership, SIT students will gain access to various services provided by Cognavi, a job placement platform for new graduates operated by Cognavi India. Cognavi streamlines the job-matching process with AI-powered features, such as video interviews, automatic resume generation (Resume Builder), and skill matching, enabling SIT students to conduct more efficient job searches.

Furthermore, Cognavi India and SIT will jointly conduct R&D related to AI-driven job placement support. SIT will contribute academic expertise, while Cognavi India will provide AI technology and data analysis. It is expected that insights gained from this initiative will improve job placement outcomes and drive innovation in the field.

In addition, Cognavi India will provide workshops and training sessions focused on AI applications, equipping students with practical skills and industry knowledge. Cognavi continues to innovate in AI-powered talent acquisition, providing students with the support they need to adapt to evolving technologies. The platform provides career guidance and job-matching functions to streamline the job placement process, helping students clarify their career goals and connect with the best job opportunities.

Established in 2022 as the Company's Indian subsidiary, Cognavi India launched the Cognavi job portal supporting new graduates in India using AI-powered matching technology in June 2023. The platform’s user-friendly interface offers tailored course selection advice based on students' target industries and companies, along with resume-building and interview preparation tools, making it a valuable resource for students. To date, Cognavi has grown into a nationwide service with over 130,000 registered student users across India.
