Tsutomu Sato, Representative Director, President and CEO of Forum Engineering Inc. (hereinafter referred as "Company"), recently visited the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (hereinafter referred as "IIT Delhi").

During his visit, he held discussions with the university’s career placement office and lectured IIT Delhi students. In his talk, Sato discussed the challenges that talented Indian students face to seek careers in Japanese companies and the opportunities they have.
Drawing from his own experiences, Sato encouraged students, stating, “Every company and job you encounter holds the potential for your success. Acquiring knowledge, envisioning a future where you thrive, and taking decisive action—these three elements are crucial in the journey of your career. I hope you will embark on this journey with confidence and build a career that feels truly extraordinary.”

The goal of Cognavi India Private Limited (hereinafter referred as "Cognavi India"), the Company's subsidiary in India, is to build strong infrastructure that connects new graduates in India to employment opportunities through its Cognavi job-matching service. This visit is the starting point for the Company and IIT Delhi’s career placement office to explore new initiatives that will bridge Japan and India.
